Terms and Conditions
You are responsible for you and all members of your group leaving the property, all furniture and effects, in good order and condition. Any damage to the property or contents should be reported to the housekeeper to allow for replacement or repair.
The Property may only be used by the number of people stated on the booking form or previously agreed. Any additional people will not be allowed into the property .
You are responsible for the security of the property and the contents during occupation. Personal effects are at your own risk.
Occupation is from 4pm Friday to 10am on the Friday/Monday of Departure unless otherwise agreed.
The owners cannot be held responsible for loss, injury, damage, flood, fire, weather, Act of God, or act of you or members of your group.
Cancellation of booking must be made in writing and if made more than 8 weeks before the holiday will result in the loss of the initial deposit. Any cancellations made within 8 weeks of the commencement date will incur liability of the full charge.
We cannot be held responsible for any equipment failure which will be fixed as soon as possible after notification.
Important Note - Please read carefully
Use of the pool, Spa and Sauna area is totally at your own risk. No glass is to be taken into the pool area at any time. No responsibility whatsoever will be held by the owners or their representatives. No children under the ages of 14 years old are allowed to use the pool without adult supervision. No running, jumping or diving is permitted.
- NO PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS MAY USE THE SOLARIUM
- Use of Solarium MUST not exceed the time stated
- Children under 14 must be supervised in the garden area at all times
- When you confirm a booking you will be asked to sign a copy of the agreement to say that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
- To confirm your booking we require a signed copy of the booking form {which also confirms that you agree to these terms and conditions), and a deposit cheque.
- All disputes will be dealt with under the laws governed in the United Kingdom. No other Countries laws of England and Wales.
